Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Chinchilla Flight Support website, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use. Should the user not agree with any of these terms, the user must not use the website or the services.
Description and Nature of Services
The services offered by Chinchilla Flight Support are consultative and facilitative in nature, comprising Trip Planning, logistics coordination, flight authorization management (Permits), and coordination of ground services (Handling and Fueling).
Chinchilla Flight Support acts as a facilitator and consultant. The final responsibility for the operation, safety, and execution of the flight always rests with the Air Operator and the Aircraft Commander.
Website Use and User Obligations
The user commits to using the website lawfully, respecting the current Brazilian legislation, morals, and good faith. The user is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data provided in the contact and quotation forms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, logos, graphics, modeled flight plans, and databases, are the exclusive property of Chinchilla Flight Support or licensed third parties, and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Services: Chinchilla Flight Support strives to ensure accuracy and promptness in all processes (permits, slots, and FPLs). However, we shall not be liable for delays, denial of permits, or service interruptions caused by governmental bodies, third-party suppliers
(FBOs, fueling companies), or external conditions (weather, operational factors).
5.2. Website: The website is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that access to the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or faultless.
Modifications to the Terms
Chinchilla Flight Support reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. The user's continued use of the website following the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Courts of the District (Comarca) of São Paulo are hereby elected to resolve any issues arising from these Terms, with the waiver of any other, however privileged they may be.
